Cleaning brands are boring. That's the problem we set out to fix. TCM got a mascot with attitude, a voice with sass, and a system built to scale. Every asset — from staff uniforms to Instagram — spoke the same bold language. We didn't brand a cleaning company. We built the boss of clean.

A scattered facility company became a recognisable character-led brand across every customer touchpoint. The mascot gave TCM a face — turning nameless cleaning staff into a trusted, uniformed team with identity.Social content shifted from generic service posts to personality-driven creatives that drove real engagement.
